Nyle Dehydrators Warranty Information

At Nyle, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our equipment. Here's what you can expect from our warranty coverage:

Our Warranty Promise:

  • Duration: All Nyle Dehydrators are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the installation date, or 15 months from delivery—whichever comes first.
  • Peace of Mind: If any issues arise within this period, we’ll supply a new or remanufactured part, provided that the defective part is returned for inspection.
  • Continued Coverage: Any replacement parts will carry the remaining duration of your original warranty.

What’s Covered:

  • All major components and parts that are crucial to the operation of your Nyle Dehydrator.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Labor costs for diagnosing or repairing the equipment.
  • Costs for removing or installing parts.
  • Shipping costs for returning or receiving parts.
  • Any damage due to misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our dedicated service team with your product details and issue description.
  2. Return Defective Part: Ship the defective part to Nyle for inspection.
  3. Receive Replacement: We’ll provide a new or remanufactured part at no cost for qualifying claims.

Our Limitations:

  • The warranty does not extend to any indirect or consequential damages. This means Nyle Systems is not responsible for issues like downtime or lost production due to equipment failure.
  • We do not offer any other warranties beyond what is written here, unless explicitly stated in writing by an officer of Nyle Dehydrators.
