Interior & Exterior

The chamber is built with a stainless steel interior for durability, hygiene, and ease of cleaning, while the exterior features painted galvanized steel for a strong, corrosion-resistant finish. The entire chamber is insulated with 4 inches of high-performance insulation, ensuring excellent heat retention and minimizing energy consumption.

Access

Each chamber includes insulated service doors that allow easy access to both the conveyor system and the drying components, simplifying routine maintenance and operation.

Airflow & Circulation

The chambers are equipped with an array of high-powered fans (depending on model size) and intake/exhaust vents to promote consistent airflow. The system’s stainless steel square tubular frame ensures long-lasting durability. Removable UHMW wear strips facilitate easy cleaning, and composite bearings and 12” long take-up tensioners ensure smooth, reliable operation with minimal maintenance.
